Noël Vandever, Director of Accounting, joined First Rate, Inc. in March 2000. Vandever is instrumental in maintaining and developing banking and credit relationships. She is responsible for the Accounting and Finance operations at First Rate, Inc.
Noël Vandever has over twenty years of experience in both public and private accounting. She started her career at Ernst & Young as an auditor serving the financial and small business industries and earned her Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida in 1991. She has served in private accounting as an Assistant Controller with a publicly traded company on Nasdaq in the electronics industry, Controller with a privately held manufacturer, and Assistant Controller of a non-profit hospital district.
She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. She participates as a volunteer with Mountain Movers International, Boy Scouts of America, on her Church Council, and other community organizations.
