Kathleen Baird, Manager of First Rate's Consulting group, has been with First Rate since 1994. Baird is responsible for overseeing custom solution development, system integrations and implementation of new clients to the First Rate Performance® applications. Most recently, she has been a Client Service Manager in First Rate Service Bureau.
Prior to her arrival at First Rate, Baird was a business analyst at the SEI Corporation for their employee benefit record-keeping system. She started her career in the performance measurement industry in 1986 working as a manager of client service for the investment performance department at SEI. In this role, she was responsible for documentation, client support, client implementations and production of performance results. Baird is committed to her community and serves on the board of the Arlington Life Shelter, her church’s Missions committee and leads worship each Sunday.
Baird graduated from Augustana College in South Dakota. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentration on management.
