As part of our chairtable contribution program, every year we provide each employee funds to donate to non-profit orga nizations of their choice.

Our corporate Chaplain schedules a community event each quarter for employees to volunteer their time to help those less fortunate. We have packed school bags full of school supplies for the Arlington Life Shelter, collected peanut butter jars for Mission Arlington, and served Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners at the Arlington Homeless shelter.

Many of our employees volunteer and travel to Mex ic o each year to build homes for the homeless in a mission called Homes of Hope. The company pays the travel expenses for them and their families, but they do all the work.

Our directors sit on the boards of local charitable organ izations such as the Arlington Life Shelter, the YMCA, and more.
- Employees are exposed to various charities via a series of community outreach luncheons. Representatives from charitable organizations come to join us for lunch and introduce their organization and its goals.
