Fredrick Johnson, Director,
First Rate Administration and Operations
Fredrick (Fred) Johnson joined First Rate in
March 2008 as the Director of Administration and Operations.
Johnson is responsible for the management of the Human Resources,
Accounting, Information Technology and Administrative functions
within First Rate.
Johnson comes to First Rate after successful
careers in both the telecommunication industry and non-profit
sectors. His functional work experience has been focused in
finance and information technology. Fredrick served five
years as Chief Operating Officer for a non-profit
organization that provided leadership training
for pastors. In this capacity, Johnson had responsibility
for finance, human resources,
