Curt Graham, Director, Products
Curt Graham, Director in the First Rate
Products group, joined First Rate in 1999. Graham is responsible
for developing product enhancements and plays a role in the
deployment of new applications in the First Rate Performance
suite.
Graham has been involved with the After-Tax Performance
development, Attribution Analysis, Multi-currency and Daily
Performance enhancements
at
several key First Rate client institutions. Graham manages the
programmers and product development team as they work to
continuously expand the tools available within the suite of
applications. |

Graham started his career in performance measurement at State
Street Bank and Trust in 1985 where he was an Assistant Treasurer.
After eight years, he moved on to NationsBank where he held the
position of Manager of Performance Measurement. There, Graham was
responsible for the production of performance reports and
presentations to large institutional clients and managed a team of
performance analysts. In 1997, Graham moved to Bankers Trust
Company as a Vice President and was responsible for the client
service, and performance reporting, of all Midwestern
institutional and endowment clients.
Graham graduated in 1981 from Ithaca College in New York with a
Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Graham participated on
the college soccer team and golf. He has studied training program
development and has attended classes at Dale Carnegie, and
Franklin/Covey.
