Craig Wietz, Managing Director,
Service Bureau
Craig Wietz, Managing Director of Service Bureau, has been part of
First Rate since 1995. His main responsibilities include
overseeing the teams of analysts responsible for monthly and daily
production cycles, developing and maintaining client
relationships, coordinating cross-department resources for Service
Bureau clients, and strategic planning for all Service Bureau
operations.
Among Wietz's many accomplishments, he has
overseen an annual growth rate of 50% in revenues and number of
portfolios processed over the past six years in the Service Bureau
area. Application improvements such as statement processing, model
portfolios and benchmark |

services have all been embraced and
implemented by the Service Bureau area in the past six years.
Before coming to First Rate, Wietz gained several years of
performance measurement experience at SEI. Beginning in 1988,
Wietz served SEI as a performance analyst and worked as a client
support representative. He then moved on to become the manager of
the First Rate Service Bureau department and manager of multiple
custom programming teams.
Wietz graduated from the University of North Texas in 1987 with a
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance. |
